The ultra-slim Samsung u600 was officially announced in February 2007, so this is one of the latest mobile phones around and at just 10.35cm by 4.93cm and 1.09cm thick, compared to other mobiles it is compact and very thin, hence the ultra-slim tag. It’s also very light, at just 81 grams. With a crystal clear TFT display, showing up to 256K colours, the display is simply excellent.

The u600 supports 64 channel polyphonic ringtones, much better than other mobile phones that usually only support 40 channels, allowing you a funkier ringtone to customise your phone with. Of course it also supports MP3’s as ringtones too, as many mobiles do nowadays do. It supports vibration too so you can know that you are receiving calls, even if you can’t hear the phone ringing.

A useful feature is v2.0 Bluetooth support if you want to share files amongst your family and friends mobile phones. And if you want to transfer files even quicker from your PC to your mobile or vice-versa you can use a USB cable.

The Samsung u600 has a 3.2 MP camera, way better then most mobiles that have just a 1.3 or a VGA camera. It can take pictures with up to 2048×1536 pixel resolution, has an auto focus feature, can take maximal video quality and supports flash, for a better and enlightened picture.

A built-in FM radio is always a bonus for those idle moments and for when life is more hectic the included organizer for your daily needs comes into its own. With this handset you can even open Word Documents, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint files, so you can read important correspondence while you’re on the go.

The Samsung u600 is a beauty, it’s a very stylish, attractive, ultra-slim phone that is already topping the mobile phone best sellers charts and with good reason - this phone is highly recommended.
