Sony Ericsson C702 Cyber-shot
Sony Ericsson's imaging-centric Cyber-shot phones started with the K-series back in early 2006, so imagine our surprise when the Japanese-Swedish company announced that its latest range of camera-phones would be the C702 and the C902 at this year's Mobile World Congress. Although it may take a while for consumers to start associating the Cyber-shot brand with the C-series, we think it's still a good move in the long run. 
Upside
One of the main features we like about the Cyber-shot range is the alphanumeric keys pulling double duty as shortcuts to frequently used camera functions. This lets the user toggle between various modes without having to scroll through onscreen menus. We've seen these buttons in earlier models such as the K770i and K850i, so naturally we aren't surprised to see it implemented on the C702, too.
According to the literature, the C702 comes with onboard A-GPS. Our alarm bells rang when we read about the location positioning feature. It's not the first time Sony Ericsson is introducing A-GPS on its devices. The earlier Z750i had it, too, though the problem was that only Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan had enabled the feature (as we were told by the company) at that time we were reviewing the phone.
Unlike handhelds with dedicated built-in GPS chips, an A-GPS receiver relies on an assistant server such as a cell phone tower to triangulate the user's position. The specifications of the C702 didn't mention anything about a built-in GPS chip, so we are going to take this feature with a pinch of salt for now. But if it works like it claims, the GPS feature will allow users to sort and view their images according to the place where they took them.
Geotagging features like these have been around with the help of external GPS loggers or the use of software, but it's still relatively new to see this built into mobile devices. Nokia's latest N96 and N78 also support geotagging functions, except that these handsets have a dedicated GPS chip on top of utilizing A-GPS. This should be able to help pinpoint location more accurately.
Other features on the quadband candy-bar include HSDPA, Bluetooth stereo A2DP, FM radio, 160MB onboard memory, Memory Stick Micro M2 expansion card slot and a splash/dust-resistant chassis.
Downside
One of the most disappointing points about the C702 is that it doesn't come with a Xenon flash module. Instead, it has a pair of LED lights to provide illumination for shooting in dimly lit environments. Xenon flash lights are usually much stronger compared with LEDs, so we found it strange that Sony Ericsson decided not to include it on the C702 Cyber-shot.
Although we haven't seen the actual unit yet, from the pictures, the Call/End buttons sandwiched between the softkeys and shortcut/correction functions appear to be rather small. That may affect the use of the keys slightly.
Outlook
The C702 isn't the evolution we were hoping for in camera-phones, although it should fit well within the company's lineup of Cyber-shots. It's also a good move that the maker has decided to initial its Cyber-shot models with the letter C for easy recognition. Although the handset comes with onboard A-GPS, we are a little apprehensive about it based on our previous experience with the Z750i. We'll have to wait for the actual unit due out in Q2 before passing final judgment.

Sony Ericsson G900i
The Sony Ericsson G900i lets consumers frame their shot and decide where they want to focus the camera by simply touching the screen. With Camera Multi-Shot, users can just hold down the camera key and take as many pictures as they like. Scroll through photos on the phone with touch control and edit them there with the touch photo album and editor. The G900i can also access favorite web pages in a Wi-Fi hotspot and view them on the large 2.4-inch display. Using the stylus or the finger, the G900i can zoom-in or pan around the page. RSS feeds direct to the phone provide the latest updates; news, football scores.
The Sony Ericsson G900i is a new style smartphone from the Swedish manufacturer. The main focus of the handset is the 5.0 megapixel camera. This is the first smartphone from Sony Ericsson to include a 5.0 megapixel camera. The camera is equipped with autofocus, pretty much a necessity in any camera phone that has any desire to be taken seriously as a competitive imaging device to standalone digital cameras. There is also a flash facility, and an image stabiliser, to help out with those whose hand is not so steady.
The Sony Ericsson G900i is a smartphone, although not marketed as such, to appeal to a wider audience. The handset suns on the Symbian UIQ operating system, an open operating system that allows end users to add additional functionality with the addition of third party software. Mobiles.co.uk has a software shop where you can buy software for your UIQ phone.
The screen of the phone is a large 2.4 inch TFT touchscreen, supporting up to 256,000 colours. The Sony G900i is a 3G mobile phone, with additional support for WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0, including A2DP support. This allows you to listen to your favourite tunes from the phones music player, with a compatible wireless headset. No wires, no tangle, no mess.
The touchscreen of the phone has icons designed to be used with the finger, and it also comes supplied with a stylus, so you can use the handwriting recognition software to enter data into the phone.
Other features include the excellent Track ID application. Track ID simply works by recording a snippet of a song and uploading this to a website, which will recognise the song, tag it, and send you information on the song, artist, album, and where you can buy these from. All for free (bar a few bytes of data sending the track snippet over.) There is also X-Pict, which allows you to create slideshows on the phone, using pictures you have taken on the camera or stored into the media files from elsewhere. You can put together a show, including background music and transitions, all on the handset.
Music-wise the Ericsson G900i comes complete with an MP3 music player and an FM radio with RDS support. The radio can also be used in conjunction with the alarm clock to wake you up in the morning. No more waking up to the shrill cry of the standard alarm tone, now you can wake up to your favourite tunes on your favourite FM radio station.

The all new and one of the greatest mobile phones from Sony Ericsson has to be the 5 megapixel C902 Cybershot, we have which you can see below a hands on video from the Mobile World Congress (MWC).
The video is not really clear but it still shows the phone off, the Sony Ericsson C902 Cybershot has a very good and unique sliding lens-cover that pops out of the top of the body, once it pops out it reveals the awesome megapixel Cybershot camera unit with flash.
The bit we love is when you slide the camera out all the touch sensitive buttons light up from under the display’s bezel. We here love this phone and when we get our hands on one, we will put it through its paces.

Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Watches MBW-150 And WM device = smartWatchM v0.1.5.1
Here is first version of my notification utility smartWatchM. It supports all main features of Sony Ericsson phones and it even has few extra functions.
It's developed for Smartphones/Windows Mobile Standard but I hope it will work on all WM 5/6 devices.
The comunication is over COM ports using AT commands.

Sony Ericsson M600 (sold as M600i model in some markets and originally labelled M608c in other markets) is a 3G smartphone based upon the UIQ 3 platform (which is built upon Symbian OS 9.1). It was announced on February 6, 2006 and is the first product of the M series of handsets from Sony Ericsson.
The M600 is designed as a business tool and its features reflect this role. The M600 supports push email, document editing and PC synchronisation amongst other features. Notably the M600 does not have an integrated camera, which is a positive attribute for those working in environments where cameras are not permitted.
The handset was featured in the recent James Bond movie, Csino Royale, continuing with the trend of Sony Ericsson phones appearing in Bond movies. It was carried by Vesper Lynd who was played by the French actress Eva Green
