Here is first version of my notification utility smartWatchM. It supports all main features of Sony Ericsson phones and it even has few extra functions.
It's developed for Smartphones/Windows Mobile Standard but I hope it will work on all WM 5/6 devices.
The comunication is over COM ports using AT commands.

Basic features
- Clock set - When you connect the watch, smartWatchM set the actual time (digital clock). Only 24hr format available.
- Messaging notification - When WM device recieves new message, envelope and text describing message type (New SMS/New E-mail/New MMS) is displayed
- Notification repeat - If the newly recieved message stays unread, the watch will keep notify you according user setting (Number of repeats and Repeat interval)
- Incoming call notification - When there is incoming call on WM device, watch starts vibrate and display caller name (if the person is found in contacts) or number
- Test commands - Test the watch compatiblity without any need to recieve real message/call
- COM port selection - Set different port if communication doesnt work on current port
- WMP info - Display the current playing track & artist in Windows Media Player
